last night i went to a show at the boardwalk. ace enders, from the former band the early november, played an acoustic set all alone. it was amazing. it reminded me of why they used to be my favorite band. his music is so good. out of all the shows i have been to, this particular one was near the top. i have seen some amazing shows performed by amazing bands yet this one man and his guitar played one of the best i have ever seen. i almost didnt go to the show but i happened to drive past there and remembered it was going on so i decided to go. i got there just in time too. he had just started his set. after he was done i went and shook his hand and told him that he put on a very good show. i will be sure to see him the next time he comes around here and i suggest you check him out. going to shows like this always makes me want to write more music. im sure there are things like that with everyone whether its art or photo or music. i encourage you to do whatever it is you love. i love music more than most things so i am going to keep writting and hopefully more stuff with it.
